Refreshing Peach Pie (no bake)

Here is a really yummy recipe

Bring the following to a boil and make sure you are stirring often:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
2 tablespoon of cornstarch

Remove from heat when it comes to a boil and add one package of peach jello mix. Mix well and let cool. While mixture is cooling, slice up fresh California peaches and lay them in a pie crust (store bought graham cracker crust or home made, all work fine). I would say about 4 large peaches (peeling is optional). Poor them mixture over the peaches, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

You now have a super yummy refreshing pie! Top with Cool Whip!
